Refund and Cancellation Policy

CLASSES AND COURSES

Seats are limited and we plan instructors, range time, and equipment around
the roster. Please tell us early if your plans change.

More than 24 hours before class start: cancel for a full refund,
or move to any future date at no charge.

Less than 24 hours before class start: no refund. We will issue a
credit good for 6 months toward any class, which you may use
yourself or transfer to someone else.

No-show, or arriving too late to safely join: no refund and no credit.

You may transfer your seat to another person at any time before class starts
at no charge. Email us the new participant's name so we can prepare their
waiver. The new participant must meet the same eligibility requirements.

IF WE CANCEL

If we cancel or reschedule a class for any reason, including weather, range
closure, instructor illness, or low enrollment, you choose a full refund or a
seat on a future date. We will contact you as soon as we know.

PRIVATE AND GROUP BOOKINGS

Private, semi-private, and group bookings are reserved for you exclusively
and are subject to separate terms confirmed in writing at the time of
booking. Deposits on private bookings are non-refundable inside
7 days of the scheduled date.

MEMBERSHIPS

Monthly memberships are covered by our Membership and Cancellation Policy.
Membership payments are not refundable, and cancelling stops future billing
rather than reversing past charges.

MERCHANDISE

Unworn, unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of
purchase for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong thing.

For safety reasons, ammunition and ammunition storage products that have been
opened cannot be returned.

RENTALS AND RANGE FEES

Rental fees and any fees charged directly by the range are not refundable
once the class has begun.

ELIGIBILITY

If you are unable to participate because you do not meet the legal
eligibility requirements for a firearms class, we will refund your course fee
in full, less any range or rental fees already incurred, provided you notify
us before class begins.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Call or email us using the contact page details. Approved refunds go back to
the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business
days.
