Cancellation policy

Membership and Cancellation Policy

Stay Ready Training sells monthly training memberships. This policy explains
what you are buying, how billing works, and how to cancel.

WHAT A MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES

Firearms Membership, $99 per month: one members-only firearms class per
calendar month, plus 10% off all other courses.

Self Defense Membership, $99 per month: up to four Saturday striking classes
per calendar month, plus 10% off all other courses.

All Access, $159 per month: everything in both memberships, plus 10% off all
other courses.

Memberships cover instruction only. Ammunition, rentals, retail items, and
any fees charged directly by the range are not included.

BILLING

Your card is charged on the day you join and on the same day each month
after that. The amount is shown at checkout before you pay and on every
receipt. There is no contract and no minimum term.

If a payment fails, we will retry it and email you. Access to member classes
pauses while a payment is outstanding and resumes as soon as it clears.

USING YOUR CLASSES

Member classes are booked in advance through the schedule on our site. Seats
are limited by range and mat capacity.

Unused classes do not carry over to the next month. If you know you will be
away, pause your membership instead of skipping.

If you book a member class and do not attend, that class counts as used for
the month.

PAUSING

You may pause your membership for up to 3 months in any rolling
12-month period. Billing stops while paused and restarts automatically on
the date you select. Pause from your account or by contacting us.

CANCELLING

You may cancel at any time from your account, or by calling or emailing us
using the contact details below. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the
billing period you have already paid for. You keep access and your member
class until that date. We do not prorate or refund partial months.

Your 10% course discount ends when your membership ends. Courses you already
booked and paid for at the member rate are not affected.

PRICE CHANGES

If we change membership pricing, we will email you at least 30 days before
the new price applies to your account. You may cancel before it takes effect.

ELIGIBILITY AND SAFETY

All participants must complete a signed waiver before their first class.
Firearms classes require that you be legally eligible to possess a firearm
under Arizona and federal law. Minimum age is 21 for firearms
classes, 16 with a parent or guardian present for striking classes

We may suspend or end a membership for unsafe conduct on the range or the
mat. If we do, we will refund the unused portion of that month.
