Stay Ready Training and The Ten 8 Lender built an Intro to Pistol specifically for real estate professionals. It is hands-on, it runs on a live range, and it is useful whether you carry, plan to carry, or never intend to.
What we cover
- Situational awareness. Seeing a problem early enough to avoid it, at a showing, an open house, or in the driveway afterward.
- Mindset. Staying calm, focused, and in control when something feels off.
- Firearms safety and shooting fundamentals. Safe handling, grip, sights, and trigger, with live fire and an instructor next to you.
- A variety of pistols and carry options. Try several before you spend money on the wrong one.

What to bring
- Your own pistol if you have one. If you don't, that is fine. We will have pistols on the line for you to shoot.
- Ammunition, eye protection, and ear protection are available on request. Tell us what you need when you register.
- Closed-toe shoes and clothes for the weather. The range is outdoors.
Who this is for
Agents, brokers, and anyone else in the business who works alone with people they met an hour ago. All experience levels are welcome. If you have never touched a firearm, you are exactly who this was designed for.
